ChronoStudy is an AI-powered academic planning platform that helps students organise their study schedule, manage tasks, and track academic progress. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or changed at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

ChronoStudy offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law.
ChronoStudy uses AI to generate study schedules, suggestions, and recommendations. These are provided as guidance only. We do not guarantee academic outcomes or the accuracy of AI-generated content. Always use your own judgement when following AI suggestions.
When you select a language other than English, the app interface is translated using a curated dictionary maintained by our team. While we strive for accuracy, translations may contain errors or inaccuracies. ChronoStudy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of translations. You use non-English translations at your own discretion. If accuracy is critical, please refer to the English version of the app.
All content, design, and code within ChronoStudy is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of any personal data and content you create within the app. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChronoStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including any loss of data or academic outcomes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of ChronoStudy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app announcement.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
