All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We use industry-standard security protocols to safeguard your information at every layer.

Our platform is SOC 2 Type II compliant and ISO 27001 certified. We conduct regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to maintain the highest security standards.

All servers are located in China. Data for all workspaces is stored in China by default. Strict data processing agreements govern all data transfers, including the use of approved transfer mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We use role-based access control and audit all access to sensitive systems. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may record user sessions to review activity, identify bugs, and improve the app experience. You can opt out of session recordings by declining non-essential cookies below.

Essential cookies are required for the app to function. Non-essential cookies (analytics, session recordings) can be accepted or declined at any time.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Danger Zone. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove your profile, tasks, subjects, and all study data.
