Your data is stored securely on our platform. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

All servers are located in China. Data for all workspaces is stored in China by default. Strict data processing agreements govern all data transfers, including the use of approved transfer mechanisms like adequacy, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or equivalent safeguards.

Our platform is SOC 2 Type II compliant and ISO 27001 certified, confirming that industry-standard security and privacy controls are in place and regularly audited.

5. Session Recordings

We may record user sessions to review activity, identify bugs, and improve the app experience. Session recordings help us understand how you interact with ChronoStudy so we can make it better.

Session recordings may capture interactions such as clicks, navigation, and form inputs. We do not use session recordings to collect sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide while using the app. You can opt out of session recordings by declining non-essential cookies.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

ChronoStudy uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and improving your experience. Essential cookies are required for the app to function. Non-essential cookies (such as analytics and session recording) can be accepted or declined at any time via the cookie consent banner.
